Since i was a child, from a very young age, watches have caught my attention.
When I was a child I used to take my father’s watch many times, shaking it to listen to the beat of its mechanism. The light and gentle beating of the box made me imagine that it had a living organism with a heart.
Over time, far away from losing interest in timepieces, I followed to read all the catalogs I could get and ended up getting more dense and technical readings to get to know watchmaking better.
My father always thought that all this was a waste of time and, wanting me to follow in his footsteps, I started fine arts to follow the profession he practiced, interior design. Having trained as a good interior design professional, I never abandoned my love for watchmaking, having the opportunity to work in 2011, a critical period in the real estate sector and therefore in decoration, when I traveled to Madrid to work in the Spanish subsidiary of DFG for the expansion of the company in the peninsula. This company, motivated solely by the purchase of precious metals as a safe haven value, listened to my proposal to also value high-end watches as a guarantee fund for loans even if they were not made in precious metals (gold, platinum, etc). I then became a high-end watch consultant for stores with good results. In 2013 I returned to my town on the Costa del Sol to work as a decorator again and I accepted for the privilege of being in contact with the sea and the mountains simultaneously.
Once again my passion for watchmaking would not abandon me and this new adventure arises from it…

Desde muy pequeño me han llamado la atención los relojes.
Cuando era un niño le cogía a mi padre muchas veces su reloj, al que agitaba para escuchar el latido de su mecanismo. El leve y suave palpitar de la caja me hacía imaginar que tenía un organismo vivo con corazón.
Con el tiempo, lejos de perder interés en los guardatiempos, fui devorando todos los catálogos que conseguía y terminé por hacerme con lecturas mas densas y técnicas para conocer mejor la relojería. Mi padre siempre pensó que era una pérdida de tiempo y, deseoso que siguiera sus pasos inicié bellas artes para seguir la profesión que el ejercía, la decoración e interiorismo.
Habiéndome formado como un buen profesional del interiorismo nunca abandoné el amor por la relojería, teniendo la oportunidad de trabajar en 2011, periodo crítico en el sector inmobiliario y por ende el de la decoración, al viajar a Madrid para trabajar en la filial española de DFG para la expansión de la compañía en la península.
Esta empresa, motivada únicamente en la compra de metales preciosos como valor refugio seguro, escuchó mi propuesta de valorar también los relojes de alta gama como fondo de garantía en préstamos aunque estos no estuviesen realizados en metales preciosos (oro, platino, etc).
Me convertí entonces en un consultor de relojes de gama alta para las tiendas con buenos resultados. En 2013 volví a mi localidad en la Costa del Sol para trabajar de nuevo como decorador y acepté por el privilegio de volver a estar en contacto con el mar y la montaña simultáneamente.
Una vez más mi pasión por la relojería no me abandonaría y de ello surge esta nueva aventura…
